We talk about technical implementation provisions.

Other provisions have not been properly implemented.

These national provisions are life - saving measures.

There is interaction between regulation and self regulation.

In this respect, my maxim still holds: less regulation may be much better regulation.

Balanced regulation is important.

That does require regulation.

This regulation is purely instrumental.

Nevertheless, it would never occur to us to classify aquavit as a foodstuff.
