Such policy should comprise various components.

and components of livestock feedingstuffs, which have so far not been covered.

Instead, the direction taken should be an individual one, but with social components.

In my opinion, both components of this strategy offer scope for further development.

It contains some positive elements and some less positive elements.

We welcome these elements.

But there are other elements around.

All these elements have to apply cumulatively.

These were therefore elements which already existed.

Parts of it have been strengthened, but other parts may well contain too many compromises.
